Classic Rock song with Circus music theme?

I just heard this song on the radio and I thought he said “the show must go on” but when i did a google search i couldn’t find it. Its driving me nuts because I really like this song. It starts like a typical circus song would and once he starts singing it only comes back in a few other times with the little circus music bit. I was listening to a classic rock station and he said it was a lost favorite, so i don’t think its played much. Any ideas?

While this collection spans music from Dr. …
